Car was not not test driven to make sure mechanical issues were fixed. Had to leave car after waiting 3 weeks to pick it up. Waste of time and money on rental car and the car is still with you guys.

This is my first time with service king, and the experience really disappointed me. Both my rear doors cannot be unlocked from inside, and they were all good when I dropped my vehicle in. This brings my attention to a safety concern, my wife and a 6-month baby were stuck in the back seats, she can't get out even though she has a key. My wife had to crawl to the driver's seat to open the door. I just can't imagine if this was happened on the street or we had a emergency. As one of contractors with farmers, I can't believe that there is nobody caught this problem before handing the vehicle to a customer.
