Absolutely the worst communication to the customer I have ever experienced. I requested daily updates and I received one phone call in 11 days. I was told my repair would take 3-5 days and it took 11 days. The first individual that was assigned as my customer contact dropped the ****, it became someone else’s responsibility and I had to call Service King to find this out. Paint job looked great however the rack assembly that was replaced was bent which on turn lifted the rack on the passenger side of the vehicle and nobody noticed. Really. My wife and I saw it immediately. The only positive is the GM who didn’t want to admit to the bent rack assembly is going to fix it. Terrible experience. I feel like you should give me my $500.00 dollars back and pay the $600.00 for my rental car for the complete lack of professionalism and lack of regard for the customer. I seriously hope someone actually calls me about this. I doubt highly anyone will. Curious what wladfitional baloney excuses I will hear or be told. I would never recommend this shop to anyone at this point in time.

This is not the first vehicle we have gotten repaired at service king, we have had two other vehicles repeated and have had no issues with those vehicles. However There was several issues that we noticed on the Infiniti the second day we received it, Fish eye on the passenger fender as well as the front passenger door. There was a big spot on the hood that seemed to be over buffed as well as some minor scratches on the right side of the hood. A piece of wood in between the moon roof. Some sort of stain to my vehicles digital odometer that I have proof was not present when I dropped of the car and somehow appeared when we brought it home. I have addressed these issues with Gordo. I will be looking forward to resolving these issues since the work on my vehicle is covered by Service Kings lifetime warranty.

When I saw ***** onyour guys i really thought it I could trust but you guys made couple mistakes in my 6k miles truck,after **** repair my truck was with over spray on couple spots,the solution was to use a sander so those spots looks terrible,so many mistakes I am so dissatisfied and disappointed

Horrible Horrible service , I’ve been very happy with my derive last 3 times I’ve been to service king , But this fourth time has made me be the last time I deal with this shop at all!!!!! Worst experience ever and this Gordon guy needs some serious customer service training !!!!

I’m very satisfied with my experience with Setvixe Kig! My car looked brand new and I feel so much happier now. Gordon kept in frwwient communication with me about my car, and even coordinated with the team to help buff out some paint. Even though we had some miscommunication about pick up, he rectified the situation. The mechanics and polishers did a great job as well. I recommend service king!!! Thanks!!!
