Coin in the car stolen after the car service. Rear sensor broken and funtioning wrong. Fix itself was good but you create more problem which was not exist. Will call you for this.

Rob was very quick in keeping me posted of the progress of the repairs. I was disappointed when I heard how long it would take to repair my car but he was quick to point out that the estimated time to repair my vehicle was computer generated but usually his team worked ahead of that and that I should get my car earlier than that ... And he was RIGHT! My car was delivered spotless - inside and out and it looked good as new. ;). He also pointed out that he put some paint on a scratch my car had so I really appreciated how he paid extra attention to all the details. As an added note, I'd like to say that this is the 2nd time I have brought my vehicle for repairs to this facility the reason for that was Rob. He was my main point of contact last time and he did a wonderful job then too. I didn't get a survey last time so I didn't get to tell you that. Rob has certainly made a faithful customer out of me- although I hope I don't have to visit you guys too often! ;) crystal (I believe that was her name - pregnant lady) and your front desk girls were sweet too. There was a goof in my appointment but they immediately took action to make sure I was taken care of. Your team deserves 10 Excellent job!
