We are happy with the repair but are not happy with our service advisor Wilbert Argo. It required a lot of efforts on our part to reach him via phone and email. Seemed to us that he was always at lunch. It was one day late for us to pick up the car and Robert Robinson did not have any paper to help us out. We had to wait over 30 min for him to find it.
Also our battery was dead after we picked it up and had to go to the auto shop to charge it.

Will not recommend this place.
Not organized.
Did not fix my car right the first time.
2nd time still dod not fix it right.
Trunk is very hard to close.
Did not replace parts with TOYOTA parts for my 2017 toyota
Told them the alignment was off and still did not fix it. Terrible services.

Few things -
****.There are some new paint chips on front passenger side . These were not there before I dropped the car for repair .
2. There was one damage near front bumper driver side . It was not there before
3. Rear driver side tire was inflated to 41 PSI and KIA recommends to 34 PSI and valve cap missing
