I believe the team in Service King Mountain View perfectionist. They we willing to make me happy and make sure my vehicle was in perfect shape. They might have been dinged on their review due to minor adjustments and wheel logos. I'm sure they did not want to hold on to my vehicle while they were waiting for items that would take **** second to put on. Overall my experience was great!

Although it took a little longer then expected due to insurance miscommunication! Juan was great, he was very informative on what was happening to my car every step of the way and went out of his way to tell my fianc everything he told me since my fianc knows more about cars then I do! They finished on schedule with a high-quality repair. Via text messages, I was apprised of the progress and of when they were finished. They touched up some unrelated dings at no cost. They acted as return agent for my rental car, so the whole experience was very efficient and professional. I am VERY impressed by Service King!
