dean Kung was very good about keeping me apprised of the status of work being done on my car. The car looks good but I haven't driven it much yet.

I was very satisfied with the outcome in the end and how Shannon handled the repair and everything. However, when I came to pick up my car, the bumper that had been fixed was not properly installed, and I had to leave the car for two more days. When I came back on Monday to talk to Shannon about it (he wasn't there when I wanted to pick it up), he immediately saw the mistake and had it fixed in two hours, that was great! A day later when I looked at the car without it being rained on, I saw some "overpaint" (I don't know how it's called, some spray paint on a part that hasn't been part of the damage/repair at all). I had to drive back to the shop again - again it was fixed in a short amount of time and to my satisfaction, but in the end I had to drive to the shop three times instead of once to pick up tha car. Thanks anyway, the end result looks great!
