I was impressed in a bad way with the service. Communication was at a low level. I definitely cannot say that I was treated as a valued customer. I had a feeling that I was ignored and my calls were avoided by my consultant. I had been fed with"your car will be ready tmrw" for more than one week. Due to that reason and my false expectations I was obliged to change the plans every other day which resulted in additional expenses. Sometimes when I called, I was promised to call back but that usually did not happen. The whole experience was ruined.

Service King was great! Loved and appreciated the text message updates. Car did take longer than expected and a phone call, not a text, would have been nice for that, but a minor issue. Thank you! Car looks great!
