The initial estimate was incomplete, which lead me to believe the repair would take two days. When the car was dropped off, the scratches I mentioned at the estimate apparently weren't part of the original estimate. The repair ended up taking two more days, where I had to use my van, instead of my car (PriusC for my regular commute to SF), this using more than triple the amount of gas I normally would have. I had to fill up the van on the last day before picking up my car. If I'd picked up as originally promised, I would not have been out an extra $60. If this amount was reimbursed to me I would consider this action good customer service. I seem to be a frequent user with Service King!

Tim was very helpful and the work was high quality, despite the long delays in getting the last part from Tesla. In hindsight I would have preferred to keep the car until all the parts arrived before beginning the repair. I wish that Tim had suggested that given the known pattern from Tesla. As a result of the long delays my car was nearly out of charge when I picked it up. I warned about that and wish that it had been charged. If it had completely run down, it would have been very difficult to get it charged.

Juan was excellent and kept me informed of all the damages and repairs as they happened. I never had a doubt that the car wasn't in the best of hands. The finished result looks amazing, and I'm truly happy with the results. Would recommend to anyone, and to ask for Juan in particular.

-There was a lack of communication when the vehicle was not done at the expected time. -Sadly after picking up the vehicle and bringing it home, I noticed a screw in my tire and a cracked passenger side rear tail light. Both of these occurances could not be associated with your shop however, I did not notice them before and neither did the estimator. There may be photos from insurance. - Everyone who I spoke with from the shop was very personable and professional.
