Nick kept in touch with me through the whole process. I recommend that front desk staff take customer email addresses. I did get a voicemail asking for mine so that an estimate could be sent. There was no guarantee this info would be relayed correctly. I had to call a “live person” to provide this info, causing a delay in obtaining my estimate. Besides this administrative detail, the service was great and the repairs were equisite.
