I dropped my car off understanding everything they were going to do and the service was great, but that's where it ended. I was called letting me know my car was ready for pick up a few days later. Great, it was ahead of schedule and I can swing in before work to pick it up because I only have 24 hours. After searching and searching online for the hours and calling the shop with no voicemail instruction I finally discovered they opened at 7am. That's just enough time to pick up my car, sign any paperwork and be on my way. I showed up to the shop at 715 only to find the door locked and a few mechanics working in the lot. The sign in the door said open at 7am so perhaps someone overslept, no big deal I can wait. 730 come and a women shows up and go into a side door and starts working at her desk but still does not open the door. I knock and try to signal I'm here but no success. It's like I was a crazy person on the street trying to get into a closed business before opening but infact I was just following posted hours. 745 and finally she opens the door and promptly helps me and asks for my payment. Payment I thought, I have not even seen my car what if I'm not happy? You off right of refusal of service but you first want to make sure you have my payment first. I refuse and say, no I would like to inspect the job first. She says okay and my car will be right up. 5minutes go by and she says the car is just being finished. Finished? You called me yesterday and said it was done so now that's not the case. 10 more minutes go by and I've had it! Where is my car?! She says I'm sorry but it's too late for that. You told me the car was ready it not, you said you were open early your not, you said you would inspect and review the work with me but you don't and now I'm late, unhappy and I still don't have my car. I quickly say I don't have time for this pay for my car and then it shows up. Convienent or no? The mechanic hands me my keys and that's it. No inspection of the work? No confirming no any additional damage was done while on the lot? Nothing, here are your keys buy. How am I to know if you even did a good job or what I just paid you for? How do I know there was no additional damage done to my car while it was in your posission? I don't because you did not offer that comfort from me and took my payment and the overpriced charge you passed onto my insurance company. Needless to say my experience went from great to I'll never return. Thanks, Steven M

You guys messed up the paint on my radio an would not fix it

While, of course, I was not happy to have been in an accident Ziggy's Auto Body made the whole experience as hassle-free and convenient as possible. Having your staff, the insurance adjuster, and the replacement rental car company all in one location is an enormous plus. Additionally, my car was ready four days earlier than I expected, and so far seems to be good as new. Plus, I appreciated the fact that the car was cleaned and a small bottle of touch-up paint was left for me. Great service that "almost" made me forget the turmoil of the accident. Thank you!!!

This morning, my vehicle would not start. There was a loud clicking sound when the key was turned. It was coming from the area around the alternator. We truer to start the vehicle for a half an hour before it turned around over. My girlfriend was late for work and this is unacceptable.
