Everything was beyond my expectations. My car was gixed much faster than the projected date given which was surprisingly great. Everyone from the geico representative to the owner of the shop was professional and honest. The shop is clean and sleek. They gave me my car in pristine condition, with an interior and exterior car wash. Would definitely come back in the future.

Great customer service from anyone I had to deal with through this process... I was contacted and given information during the entire time Ziggy's had my car. The work was spotless! THANK YOU!

After noticing a rough texture on the rims and part of the paint, the employee who the adjuster had come look at the car denied the roughness came from the shop. He stated that it was from normal driving. He also stated that I was a liar and did not park my car in a garage and insisted I parked on the street. Further, Two bottom screws from my license plate were missing, the mats were not put back in the car, and there's a spot inside the trunk that was not sanded properly. Moreover, the inside of my car had dust in it and was not cleaned properly. This is unacceptable, as the car should be as clean as when I brought it in. The rims were not clean. I am disappointed by the unprofessional conduct by the employee Scott ****had come and check my car. Instead of offering to detail it, he denied anything was wrong and told me I was a liar. I will never bring a car back to your shop nor will I recommend anyone take their car there.
