love Fresno body works! they are the absolute best!

I had my vehicle at this location for almost a month. I was initially told a certain date and the day I called to verify that it would be ready, I was told that it would be done by the end of the day. Two hours later they called to let me know that the tech was going to be taking longer, they extended the completion date to two days after. On that day, I received another call that the parts did not fit, at this point I assumed they would’ve checked that already. They again rescheduled it for two days later. Again, the day they said it would be done I received another call to tell me that it was going to be another two days because not all the parts came in. Overall, I am unhappy with how they handled the situation. I knew it would take longer than two weeks but the actual date got extended to almost one month. An additional two weeks were added due to their negligence to check the parts and inspect them. Finally, the day I picked up my car the cables that connect to the rear view mirror were unclipped. I again went back and let them know, it was a quick fix but one that shouldn’t have happened. I am unsatisfied and will not use this place again.

I appreciate the constant communication from the shop regarding my car, both by phone and text. My car is back to new condition and I’m very happy with the work.
