Terrible customer service. They kept my car for 2 weeks when they said the job would take 3-4 days. Everytime I called for update they said they would call me back and never did. Said my car was being painted 4 different times and it wasn't. They forgot to order parts that were needed. And the list goes in. I would never recommend them or use them again.

Lakewood auto body has repaired my vehicle 3 out of 4 times. Once was my wife's fault. They have always communicated with me on the status of my vehicle and have always done a great job to my satisfaction and that's not easy to do. (Since I have OCD) I expect perfection and Lakewood auto body has always delivered. I always recommend them when asked.
