The repair job in my vehicle was thorough. That is, of course, the most important aspect. But in addition to that, I appreciated the way they made an inconvenient accident experience as convenient as it could be. The process from drop off to car rental to finished product was fast and efficient., and I was kept informed throughout. I knows what the process was and where exactly my vehicle was in the process. Finally, I appreciated the professional manner in which all the Greenfield emoloyees I encountered conducted business. Each employee knew their role and performed that role efficiently and well. They also performed those roles politely. That was also true of the Enterprise rental employee who set me up with a rental vehicle while my car was being mended. To top it all off, when I received my mended car at the end of the process, Grenfield had taken the extra steps of washing the exterior of my vehicle and thoroughly vacuuming the interior. The car was not only fixed, but it looked and smelled great. I couldn't have asked for much more.
