I will be bringing it back to make sure the hood is completely straight. I is sill bowed and the alignment is pathetic. A new bumper was installed and the cap is sticking out of the car. I am amazed that your body shop was pleased with their work. This work is the exact opposite of the polite, professional service that I received when I dropped off the car and when I paid over the phone. I am very disappointed and discusted with the lack of quality work that your body shop approved as satisfactory.

The JC Lewis representative and Geico representative who initially helped inspect my vehicle and get our paperwork and information ready were more than helpful and very efficient with their service. The Enterprise lady who dropped off the rental while getting our Volkswagen Jetta fixed was also very quick, efficient, and pleasant. All the staff made me feel comfortable with leaving our car in their hands. When I picked up our vehicle, the bumper looked brand new. I picked up our car with ease. No extra paperwork, signatures, or any hassles. VERY SATISFIED with all aspects of both my visits. Thank you so much for doing an excellent job.

One month, and almost 2 weeks later, and my car is not finished in your body shop. In fact, repairs never begun, because it was totalled, and you guys weren't even aware of that fact, and a sales rep called me about a possible trade. Worst experience I have ever had with not only J.C. Lewis, but with Geico.
