We originally got text messages for over a week stating the car would be done on 6/5 and then we got one stating 6/12 then 6/13, then 6/14 and we were finally able to pick it up 6/15. We are pleased with the workmanship but the innaccurate dates were very frustrating. I was advised the computer reported the wrong date but someone should be monitoring the information entered into the computer. Just do not want other customers to be frustrated like we were.

A piece not bein repaired was damaged. While the piece is being ordered and replaced, it would have been nice had they noticed the issue and fixed it so I only had to be there once. Other than that, people and service were friendly and I received my vehicle back when promised.

2. You need to explain the exact location. During the entire process, no one ever explained the Stafford location and we went to the F'burg location for pickup.
3. My license plate frame is missing from the front bumper - ??. I notified the GEICO Rep.

Although the car was done **** day early, when we arrived to pick it up, I noticed that the grill was not properly aligned. They had to take it back to the shop and align the grill. Other than that, they did a very good job.
