I was extremely disappointed at how long it took for my vehicle to be repaired. I was given an estimated completion date of June 13. However my car was not ready until June 22. I was not given status updates. I had to call Radley Collision every day to see if my vehicle repair was completed. This was a pain.
For example, they would say my vehicle would be ready tomorrow. The next day I would not receive update. The text message updates were always sent out days later. I needed a status update text BEFORE the close of business the promised ready date.
Also, I was not satisfied with Enterprise Rental. The car they gave me was filthy and smelled horrible.
