I took a day off of work and drove 6 hours round trip to find that my car, which had been being serviced for over a month, was not fixed. There were remaining problems with the gas tank and/or gauge that were never inspected or addressed, making it so I was unable to pick up my vehicle.

Ashley was very helpful and accommodating every time we spoke. She took care of getting me in a rental car that fit my needs and even helped me transfer my carseats! Larry was great when giving me my estimate. And, as expected, from Radley, the car looked perfect! Not only did they do a fantastic job fixing the scratch, they detailed my car inside and out! I will continue to bring my cars back anytime we need them fixed and will make sure to tell my friends!

I was completely satisfied with the repairs, but was very disappointed that I called Thursday to be told for sure my car would be done and I get to the shop after 5pm to be told the adjuster needs to QC the vehicle and he left for the day (he was the one to confirm vehicle would be ready for pickup). Come to find out all he needed to do was take a picture for QC I was even further disappointed because I inconvenienced my mom to take me to get my vehicle Thursday. Other than that experience the job was sufficient.

I'm completely satisfied with the work done. I was dissatisfied with the lack of communication. After I dropped my car off on a Tuesday, I did not hear anything regarding the estimate or the progress. I called the following Tuesday and was told my car would be finished that day.

Radley went beyond what I thought was only going to be a normal repair of the damages. Not only do the repairs appear to be done with extreme professionalism, the truck was cleaned and polished inside & out, way better than I ever cared to do myself. The service I received on the day it was picked up was more than anyone could ask for. With the accident I was involved in a few weeks earlier, the dealings with insurance companies and the overall inconvenience of it all, this was the only positive experience I had with the whole ordeal. I will be sure to let everyone I know, they can be confident if they choose Radley Collision Center for their vehicle repair needs. Thank you all very much

I simply cannot believe that a professional collision center would not think to check to see if the gas gage is working. It was a severe rear-end collision and the gas gage showed empty immediately after the collision. Given everything I was going through the day of the accident, I did not think to bring this to anyone's attention and there after assumed that this would be Standard Operating Procedure for a severe rear-end collision. I am also disappointed that my GEICO claims adjuster did not display any initiative in this regard and check the gage and call me to see if there was a problem with the gas gage. Now I have to wait for how ever many more days to get my car back. I can't believe that someone did not think to ask about or consider something like this given years of experience. I am very disappointed and will convey this to GEICO front office.

I am still smelling antifreeze which has me concerned and i do not understand why an alignment was done on bad tires. My tire is so worn on the right side since this accident it is dangerous to drive. The opportunity to put new front tires on the van before an alignment was done should have at least been discussed. Not to mention up until completion i was not kept informed and my concerns with the vehicle were not addressed with me at all. The bumper looks good yes but my main concern is the safety of the vehicle that i drive with my children every day.
