Everything was great. I originally got my car back and there was still a leak in the transmission but Daryl took it for a test drive and it was ready to go the next day. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Daryl and the whole team at Radley. Daryl was very responsive and gave several updates on the status of my vehicle. Thank you to everyone that was involved.

Rear bumper had chipped paint, something raddling inside the trunk door and spoiler was wiggling and not secured to the bumper. My car is still sitting at the shop.

According to the claims adjuster our front doors were supposed to be painted to match the replacement of the fenders. They were not. There is an oily substance that was left on the windshield. And we were at the location that morning and we not told the car would be finished for a few more days there for went home. Not even 2 hours later we received a call saying we needed to be there within 24 hours to return the rental car ( working full time job not possible seeing as they called at 4pm and I do not get off until 430. There fore we had to drop plans and drive the **** hour trip to do this

Wow, 6 days. The car was scheduled for two weeks of repairs and I got it back 6 days early. It was cleaned inside and out and looks better than when I bought it. great Job team. From drop off to pick up, execelant communication and service.

I thought the repair went very smoothly and fast. Car looks good. However, there were two black items that look like a cap to something left in the cup holder in the car. Not sure what they are for.

Repaire crews were take good care of my car. They managed some original paint and cratched a lease three spots interior. I'll bring the car in next week to show to you! Not only that after the repair done test drive feel so much different prior to accident. I'll take this to nissan dealer to check is wrong with it.

Picked car up today and, so far, it seems to be good as new. It was ready sooner than expected which was a plus. I appreciated that you kept in touch about progress in getting repairs completed. .. and that the repairs have a "lifetime guarantee." Happy to be back in my car! Thank you!
