The only problem I have is that no one walked me around the car to make sure everything was right. Even the rental was not reviewed, I just don't want anyone to say there was damage. This isn't necessarily a negative comment because it was quick and painless but would have been nice to talk to someone.

In all my years dealing with car insurance, car rental, and vehicle repairs - this experience was by far the easiest, quickest, and simplest. You just cannot get any better having GEICO, Enterprise car rental, and vehicle repair in one location. And to top it all off, all personnel involved were polite, and extremely helpful - communication from day one to the day the car was finished could not get any better. Marty S

I'm happy with the way my vehicle works and the staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with. It would be nice to remove the dirty foot mat from the driver seat before customers pick up their vehicle. Also there was no handicap parking available in front of the building all the spaces were taken up by random vehicles that were not handicap.

Repair of the headlight on the passenger side was a brand-new one On the driver side we replaced the same one back and when I walked up to the car it was a stark difference one was new shiny and the other was dullI don't understand how your inspectors could not just clean that other one off ?? When I made an inquiry about the difference I was told that they would be an extra charge !!

The repairs look great! Everything was handled in a professional manner. I understand that there was an issue with the replacement bumper, which was why the repair was delayed. Would have been nice to have known that via the email updates I was receiving. Otherwise, great job!

My Honda looks like new and runs well. Thank you! Jordan is the best front-line customer service anyone could possibly work with. She has a great attitude and it's obvious she enjoys her job. Whatever you're paying her isn't enough.
