This is the second time that you have taken care of one of my vehicles. The first was a bumper job on my truck. This second time is on my Subaru. Work looks great and thanks for car wash and cleaning my rims. Also thanks for opening on Saturday so that I could pick up my car.

The front desk ladies were kind and accommodating. Thank you Classic Bodyworks for fixing up my car once again. The condition of my car is back to normal & safe again to drive out on road.

No notice of availability of towing, access to Enterprise on premises. For both drop off and pickup, had to ask friend to assist, and told Shelley this was what was doing, and still, no offer of these services. Inquiries regarding engine review and alignment check not answered, nor conducted. Island Insurance, Rupert, commented this was extraordinary. Unnecessary wasted time, concern, and stress were the results of all this. Reported inconveniences to Enterprise when return of car had to be made to Kapiolani, and again, asked my friend to pick me up there. Requested emblems be remounted on rear. Shelley did not give me the answer, until after I was ready to leave and went back into the office to find out. If she had told me the emblems were not being remounted before pick up I could have inquired of responsible insurance prior to pick up. I would not recommend Classic, and this will be noted and reported as careless, inattentive business practices, with disregard for customer servicing.

Excellent assistance and repair handling, with car rental on site a real bonus. Hopefully no more accidents, but if so I will be calling! Thanks again
