Drains that said were their but were not. If you say they were then when my vehicle was inspected before hand they should have annotated it. The bottom of my bumper was Bradley scraped as if someone went over your bump and about 10 mph it's a low corvette treat it as such. I was also told things that did not happen. Now I have to bring my car back and let your company touch up the work. It's a waste of my time and your money. Why would the company offer to fix the drains if they did not cause it... Hmmmm guilty... I know my car I wash it about 4 times a week and wax it by hand their was no drains at all. I have pictures of my car that show no drains. Their was a drain on the left my car was not hit on the left when I asked about it the guy told me he has to paint the whole thing if he's gonna paint it so it matches but then when the **** came over he said he just put a clear coat on it. Well why then are all the rock dots coverd up in black... Hmmmm guilty.

Great service, and i am really happy with the work. Wish the extra parts didnt take so long from Audi, but i dont hold you responsible for that. Thank you.
