I was uncomfortable knowing my vehicle was left unlocked throughout the day, with the keys sitting in the front seat. The first time I visited I was also alarmed that a mechanic simply walked up to me when he noticed me on the lot,saw me looking inside my truck (I wanted to make sure my garage door opener was still in there because I couldn't find it)and just asked if I wanted the keys to the vehicle.didnt ask who i was or for identification. And had the nerve to look confused when i pointed this out to him. this man had never met me or seen me, this was the first time I'd visited, my truck was delivered there on a flatbed towtruck.the bodywork was exceptional and the service was fast considering parts had to be shipped from the mainland. The rental car agency on site made returning the car easy and the GEICO claims adjuster worked out of that very office so there was no running around trying to locate three separate entities. I was satisfied with the experience.

The process went very smoothly, and completed on time as promised . As a customer, the job update kept me at ease, and able to coordinate with my busy schedule. Wish you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!

There's overspray on the bumper. The manager has already seen it and suggested I bring it back one morning to have the overspray removed. So I will have to take off of work again to have this done.

they were available to repair my car right away and had to shorten return time, very grateful for this. They fix the car very well and I have no concerns
