What a wonderful experience considering the circumstances. Everyone we met was very nice. From the receptionist to Mark to the shop manager to the rental car person. Well, I'm completely satisfied with the work that you did, but I think both you and Geico forgot about something... When I picked up my car, I noticed that the splash-guard, under the front passenger side wheel-well, wasn't replaced. It got chewed up by the wheel over the last couple of weeks, because it was pushed in an knocked loose, since the front bumper was hit. Last week when I had my oil changed and wheels rotated the guy zip-tied it together for me so it would touch the wheel anymore, but I think this should have been part of the repair you folks did.
Maybe we can do something about this next time I'm in town? I'll ask Geico as well, but I definitely don't want it written up as a third incident, two was enough. Or, if you agree with me, maybe I can just pay for it at cost? I did pay a grand already...

Everything was handled professionally and on time by everyone helping us through this process. Since neither of us has been through this process through 100 years of collective driving, it was a relief that we were pampered through it. Although we were given a Volvo, a high end rental car to get us through, we both felt that it was not a very user friendly vehicle. Regardless, it did provide comfortable transportation for the week that you spent repairing our Kia Soul. Thank you for all of your efforts in making this a palatable experience for us.

It was a very good experience I had with Arizona Collision Specialist from the time I brought my car in till the time I picked my car up.
