I was pleasantly surprised when my car was returned to me a day ahead of schedule. I received regular updates. Everybody was friendly and professional. Not that I make it a habit of getting into accidents, i have had the occasion to deal with other car repair places, Valanca Auto floored me. My car was repaired to my expectations. It was cleaned to showroom condition, that area between the seats that is so hard to clean was cleaned and any loose change found down there was returned. In the past I got my car back dirty and greasy from the service person working on it. Not in this case. The waiting area is clean and pleasant. Not like the usually autobody places. Yuck!!!! I am totally satisfied with my car repair. Thank you ever so much, Stacey, Bill and all the employees at Valanca Auto Concepts,you did an excellent job. Very gratefully ours, Zully Z
