Waiting to hear back on redoing the rear passenger window trim. And I noticed a part in the interior driver side door is loose. I have not heard back from anyone a d it's been over **** week.

The daily text updates, while appreciated, seem robotic and impersonal. Would have loved to get one about the one day delay as well. They seem all positive, which is not realistic. The work on my car while simple was done right and fast. Great work!

My car was much cleaner than it was when it first got there and all four rims were clean tires were shine and not just the one that was damage which I appreciated very much it showed that someone took time in the presentation and the work that they do and that means a lot to a customer I will be using your service for a long time to come and thanks again for wonderful job well done

My vehicle is still there. When I went in to pick up my vehicle I was asked to pay my deductible before I inspected my car. When I explained that I would like to inspect my car first the person seemed to be annoyed and wanted to just hurry up the paper work. I obliged him and payed my deductible and then proceeded to inspect the work that was done and sure enough the door was not done correctly. I had the person that was in charge of the repairs come outside with me and he saw what I was not happy with and said he would take care of it. He tried to say that what I was pointing out wasn't included in the adjusters estimate and therefore he didn't get paid to fix the door but I think he realized that he wasn't going to win that argument. At the end of the day, they have my car (it's already been 2 weeks) and they have my money. The actual work they did on the the front fender was great so no complaints there.
