I was extremely impressed with your automated text message system keeping me informed. But when I called on the day of pickup as noted by your texts, the person said the text messages were wrong about the expected date. I wouldn't have minded a later date but I don't want to be told as a customer that your automated information system is wrong. I appreciated the level of information and suggest that you continue the automated info system but ensure that it is giving true information.

I absolutely love the Geico/Radley fusion center! The staff/team are awesome and they go above and beyond to help customers ensure their complete and utter satisfaction in every way! I tell all my friends to switch to Geico and have all their vehicle needs handled by Radley Collission, this is the BEST setup I have seen in my adult life (going on 40 yrs), you should give each of them a nice bonus and/or raise! Thanks again for joining forces and offering the best of the best, I tell all my friends about you guys and the awesome job they do!

My vehicle looks beautiful. Everything is well done. The gentleman who went over the finished car was informative and wonderful. Your communications process was awful. I was texted about each step of the process which was fabulous. What was not was the completion time. After having completion time pushed back 24 hours (originally Tuesday, but changed to wed.) I showed up at 540 to pick up car for 545 completion. When I got there I was told adjustor left and it would be additional day before my car was ready. The text message about the change was sent to my phone only 11 minutes prior to that pickup time. I had to rearrange my schedule to be able to pick up vehicle. I missed the message because I was at gas station filling up rental car for return. Regardless, texting me only 11 minutes before it very very very poor customer service. You should have known hours before that it would not be complete. You could have least actually tried to call and not just send text. On top of all of this, the ladies in the office didn't even act like it was a big deal. They were very blase about it. I will be hard pressed to recommend your center. I would wholeheartedly recommend the work, but I would hesitate about the communication and people who acted so nonchalantly about my car.

IT WAS SUCH AN INCOVENIANCE TO HAVE MY CAR DAMAGED BUT EVERYONE AT YOUR FACILITY MADE THINGS SO EASY AND EVEN PLEASANT DOWN TO THE CAR RENTAL. CAR LOOKS PERFECT!

Easley Collision took our car in for repair in a timely manner. We received regular updates on the progress of repairs and when we could expect the car back. Repairs we completed on time. Car looks good as new. Would recommend Radley Collision.
