When renting a push start car. It would be helpful to the customer if the reppersentive would ask a probing question on the customers knowledge of push start vehicles. I have a red face because it took me 25 mins to start the car after I shut it off..because the reppersentive started the car before the walk left the keys in the cup holder.proceeded with the walk around the car checking for any damages.had me initial. Than she went back into the office.I'm not complaining.just giving you some customer feedback back..thank you Pamela T

There was a mark on the new bumper and was told by an associate that there was nothing they could do. It looked like minor damage prior to installation. The tow hook which is the first thing the Gieco rep marked was not repaired, then green marking was wiped off with a little green still showing and the paint from the other vehicle was still visible. A little more attention showed be payed to the details. Not satisfied that this is how my vehicle was presented.
