Clarkstown International Collision was founded in 1992 by Gene and Anna Cortés, whose vision was to create a facility unlike any other auto body shop they had ever visited. Customer satisfaction being their first priority, they decided to create a pleasant and professional environment where people would feel comfortable leaving their vehicle in the hands of highly skilled technicians.
Drawing on more than 30 years of auto body and insurance adjusting experience, Gene and Anna have successfully combined a state-of-the-art collision shop, a beautifully designed office space and the highest levels of customer service to deliver total satisfaction to each client.
Having seen the results and heard the nightmare stories of repairs done by facilities that work with outdated equipment, Clarkstown International Collision walks each customer through the repair process, explaining and showing what needs to be done to repair each vehicle.
The philosophy at Clarkstown International Collision - Customer Satisfaction Is Our First Priority - is more than just lip service. It is practiced daily with every client and on every vehicle that is repaired.
If you’re like most consumers, then your vehicle is a huge investment relative to your income. Similarly, the investment repair shops must make to become and stay certified is very substantial. Having the proper equipment, internal infrastructure, and up-to-date training for technicians can cost certified repair shops tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars, but what this investment should be saying to the consumer is that your safety is our number one priority.
Choosing a certified collision repair facility assures that the repair shop is adhering to the strict standards set in place by each manufacturer, and that they will perform safe, complete and quality repairs. According to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair, 60 percent of reinspected vehicles were found to have mistakes. Mistakes like this made by body shops that contradict industry standards are putting an alarming rate of unsuspecting people in potentially life-threatening situations. In today’s fast-changing automotive industry selecting a certified repair shop like Clarkstown International Collision is more critical than ever.
