Please don't change the settings in the car. I left your garage and got on 355. I almost got in a wreck because someone in your shop shifted my car into low and it wouldn't go over 40 mph. I'm lucky I didn't get rear ended or burn up the transmission.

I want to start out by saying that I am now satisfied with the work done to my vehicle however the process to get there was somewhat frustrating. I was told on 11/12 that my car would be completed on 11/13. On 11/13 I received a phone call that the paint color was not an exact match and they would need to apply a different color variance. I understand that mistakes can happen but I was just frustrated that I would not get my car for another few days. When I went to get the vehicle on 11/16 I noticed that the grill was scratched in several places therefore the shop needed to order a new grill. When I went in on 11/17 to have the new grill put on, the receptionist asked why I was back in a tone that sounded more annoyed than friendly. To conclude the work done to the vehicle is now satisfactory but I felt the level of work and customer service could have been better.

Everyone was courteous and professional. Repair looks great. Car was ready one day early! Inside and outside of vehicle was very clean. Thank you!

This was the first accident I've had and I was very impressed with the ease & speed & quality of work done by Hart's. I will definetly refer anyone to Hart's in the future. Thank you for great service during my time of need.

You began on my car before I left the area. You kept me updated with repairs estimate, expected time frame, etc. The repair looks great and as good as new. The car was only 6 weeks old when the minor accident occurred. When we picked up the car, they had us look it over to be sure we were satisfied. Thanks again Hart's Garage! We'll be back if the need should ever occur again! ????

Your shop did a wonderful job i could not be anymore excited and happy on how my car turned out. TThe service was off the charts. I am a customer service adivsor and trainer for jiffy lube and the service i received is what i strive to instill in my employees.
