The body damage on the door is not completely fixed. When I returned home, I looked it over thoroughly and it is even more clear to me that the door was not completely fixed. The door is still bowed in, and does not line up with the trim of the wheel well as the other door does. The bottom of the door where it meets the front door is not flush/flatly in line, same with the trim on the door. There is still a small scratch on the inner edge of the door. I made Hart's aware but was frankly too frustrated too deal with it at that time. The door WAS hit to an extent, and I'm not sure if this just wasn't thoroughly documented in the initial estimate by the adjuster who came to see my car or not. But in comparing the drivers side to the passenger (hit) side, there's clear differences. Honestly, I wouldn't be willing to have it fixed further unless I would be guaranteed it would not take longer than two days. This really should have been fixed. If both sides were compared upon deciding the body work was "finished" - I believe it would have been clear that the work was not complete to the best of quality.

Everyone was very pleasant and responsive. I liked being kept up to date with the status of repairs. Fast turn around time. Very good experience!

The paint job looks great! Couldn't be happier. ...the inside of my car was a little... dirtier (dustier?) than I left it; but, it's a dark interior and everything shows up. I'm not worried about it. Everything was fully repaired and even got a car wash so my car was presented back to me in a nice manner. Great service, great customer support and will definitely return if anything ever happens in the future.

I really like the text message updates. My repairs were completed quickly and it was so nice that the interior was vacuumed and the outside was washed! My battery was dead when I came to pick the car up, but a tech came to immediately help jump it. Thank you to all the very nice people who were involved in the repairs!
