My car was repaired really good. They did a great job but I just did not appreciate that when they washed my car I feel like they dried it too hard because I see two major scratches on the hood of my car when the repairs were done to the rear part of my car.

I thought a shared database was well....shared among shops. I inquired about a previous claim in relation with the guarantee with repairs as long as I own my vehicle.i was told it did not show up on their records and yet a GEICO rep was on premisses. They could have consulted on my behalf.
