Staff is really great at this location. There is still little work to be done to Chevy. My overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend Geico and this Collision Center to everyone i know. They give really great customer service. Jim Frank Angel are really professional people and know how to deal with customers.

There were black oily substance left on the seat on the passengers side almost ruining my partners new suit and both front doors. A nick out of the front leather seat. I tried fixing it but still there.

One of my replacement peices is not flushed with car leaving a space open possibly for water to fall thru. It's a plastic cosmetic peice..so the piece maybe worpped..idk

I would’ve appreciated a courtesy call to say that it was going to take longer than expected. I did appreciate that they took a small discount off our deductible for that but just for planning purposes a phone call would be nice. Also the car has a very offensive smell to it now... I’m not sure if it is from the paint job or from scrubbing carpets? We are airing it out now but will be in touch if this persists much longer!
