Repair took too long. Then went to pickup and light sensor on that should have been caught and fixed before I came to pickup. Now have to get another rental and come back again to pickup.

The people at the shop were very friendly and the outside of my car looked good. However, the door doesn't open now after the repair. I have to take it back. I am happy that they have life time guarantee on all repairs.
I was not happy with the adjuster and almost didn't want to consider Chicago Collision for other repairs. I've been going to them for years for my cars. The adjuster promised certain repairs on my car that were not done and she also was very rude to me.
Other than that, the shop did well.
