On the day that I dropped of my car for repairs which would be Tuesday Nov. 17th I was told it would take 8 days. I was getting updates via email and on going into the next week which would be Wednesday Nov. 25th I was informed via email my car would be ready Thursday Nov. 26th at 5pm. Now I took account that since Thursday Nov. 26th is a holiday I would get my car the next day which would have been Friday Nov. 27th. at 5pm. Did not get an update or call on Friday Nov. 27th that my car would be delayed. You shop was open that day. Did not get a update or call on Saturday Nov. 28th that my car would be delayed. Finally I called on Monday Nov. 30th because no one bother to update me anymore and tell me my car would be delayed AND WOULD NOT BE READY UNTIL WEDNESDAY DEC. 2ND. I was told when I called on Monday Nov. 30th that the delay was the back corner panel. I would assume that you already know this was going to be a delay and would have informed me of such instead giving me misinformation on the date it would be ready as well stop informing me. I also place the blame on my Geico Rep considering the delay was the back corner panel that Geico was covering and that my car should have took precedence of non Geico insured. So no I am not satisfied due to the lack of COMMUNICATION on my car. So basically by car took 15 days to fix. Which is basically double the time I was told it would be ready and no one bothered to tell me the deal and what was wrong. If someone would have just informed me of the delay days prior to me having to call for an update I would not have an issue at all AND NO I DON'T WANT A REPRESENTATIVE CALLING ME ON THIS. No point.

The automatic text was wrong and I went to get the car when the text said it would be done, but it was not ready. Other than that and the car repair squeaks (I will follow up on that) everything and everyone was nice.

I liked the people and thought the repairs looked good. I also thought the time it took to repair was fast and was pleasantly surprised by the interior and exterior car wash. There was, however, a stain on the arm rest, which I'm really upset by.
