I do not like how this facility was not upfront with how long the process would take from the very beginning. I am aware that I dropped my car off on the TUESDAY before a holiday weekend but that should have been taken into account from the very beginning when I was told repairs would take one week. I do not like that Geico provided me with a rental car that was not completely covered under the guilty party's insurance. I was charged an extra 30 in addition to a 150 charge for damage insurance. In addition the rental car had less than a quarter of a tank of gas when I received it. I was told my car would be ready the following Tuesday. On Tuesday I was told it would be ready Wednesday. On Wednesday I was told it would be ready Thursday. All day Thursday I had planned to go pick up my car directly after work only to get a phone call that my car would be ready on Friday. When I spoke to the woman on that Thursday she said my car would be ready Friday at **** o'clock "they're vacuuming it right now". On the day they told me the car would be ready I arrived to the store at 2:55 PM. I returned my rental with the same exact amount of gas that I had received it with which was just below a quarter of a tank. The Enterprise employee made a comment that the gas was low in the car but said it was OK because I had the damage waiver. In the end I had to pay 150 for insurance on a rental car in addition to my 200 Geico premium for an accident that wasn't my fault. I have heard that all should've been covered under the guilty party's insurance but I guess because she had Geico too, Geico was avoiding that. Long story short I sat in that repair shop for 45 minutes listening to the various employees joking around with each other and cursing while I was waiting for my car. The girl told me it would take 5 to 10 minutes they're just "vacuuming it". I reminded her that she told me they were vacuuming it yesterday and I don't understand why it takes two days to vacuum the car. She told me "oh well their buffing and waxing it too". And I said then don't tell me that my car will be ready at **** o'clock and it's not!!! She told the guys to "hurry up" and when they brought out my car there were still soapsuds all over the tires and car and the inside did not really look vacuumed. So I don't know why I had to wait an extra day and an extra 45 minutes because they were vacuuming the car when it clearly still has lints and dust all over the inside. I would never return to this place of business again or recommend anyone to go there.

They said they ran a diagnostics on my car. And nothing showed up. I specifically told Geico and them the issue. Not only did I have my original problem but then the check engine light came on and stayed on.
