Withnell Body & Paint

Sometimes things come up and with my repair the paint on the bumper at point of impact cracked after a few days. Withnell was quick to handle it, provide a rental and it looks perfect! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you!

The car looks great, thank you for your work on it in this busy season. My only feedback would be the three texts I received while it was in the shop were not informative. It helped to hear something, but, because they were pretty general "Update: Hi Kaitlyn. We are nearing completion. The last mile is the toughest! If any delays, we will call you. Withnell Body & Paint" (sent on Monday and the car wasn't ready until Friday), I wasn't sure what purpose they were really serving. Just my two cents! Thanks though!

We have no problem with the quality of the repairs. We we were notsatisfied with the communication we received. We received text messages the first week saying the car would be ready on Friday 10/10. Then on 10/10 we were told it would be ready on 10/14. Each day was a late in the day contact to find out it would not be ready until the next day. The car was finished on 10/20. We were told it would be cleaned. It is not. It needed to be vacuumed, lots of sanding dust or something. Area around the window needs to be cleaned. I was told it would take 4 hours to detail the car and I don't believe that was done. On the phone and in person everyone was very professional and courteous. The experience would have been better with realistic timeframes and more time on the finishing touches.

Everyone was extremely friendly, Justin was very professional and kept me up to date during the whole process.

Ricky ****was the rep I worked with. He listened to all my concerns regarding repair work even when I commented about pitch on my van. When I went to pick it up, to my surprise the pitch had been removed and the interior cleaned and sparkling! The body work was perfect. You guys really went above and beyond my expectations. I will highly recommend Withnell to everyone I know. Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience!
