Service was great, it was better than expected. My car was done before the day they had told me so of course that was great. Staff helped me out during the time my car was being fixed and answered any questions that I had about my repairs. No complaints at all, just keep up the great work!

I dont feel the job was done to their full potential! Broken parts still on vehicle! My door lock doesn't work! The front righ fender is misaligned. I am very disappointed being that I heard that Mikes was better than A1 but I see no difference! Completely disappointed! On a positive note, excellent customer service but I wish that could be reflected on the work done on vehicle

We're not finished yet. A mirror that was not completely painted from the previous job was addressed with Sammy. He said they would finish that on this job. It wasn't done when they told me to pick it up. After they told me to come and pick it up I looked at it and saw the mirror untouched as well as the inside door panels being damaged as a result of the accident were not replaced. The gentleman in which I can't recall his name at present took pictures of the panel and assured me that they would file for an adjustment with the insurance company and order the new panel. He said that when the panel came in that they would call me and replace the panel with the new one as well as repainting the mirror. I said "so should I just keep the rental until it is finished? He said "no you can turn it in now ,come in and pay your 250.00 deductible and sign for the check to be released to us.Yesterday I called mikes paint place to speak to Sammy. The other guy got on the phone and identified himself as the one that released my car to me on Saturday. He said were not going to replace the inside panel now we're going to repair it ,which I don't approve since it's a 2015 vehicle with 13,000 miles. I told him I wanted to speak to my insurance agent and that's where we are at.
