I was super impressed with everyone, and everything. The girls at the front desk are simply wonderful and I enjoyed my updates throughout the process. The ONE bad experience was upon getting in my car and realizing i had a massive grease stain and dirt all over my passenger seat AND on my driver's seat door handle on the inside. Very upsetting and I want it cleaned as I have cream cloth interior.

The customer service was excellent and Raelyn (sp) was wonderful to work with. She kept us updated on the status of our vehicle and worked with the production manager to prioritize the work done on our Pilot when we told her that we needed it back sooner than quoted so we could go out of town. The estimate to buff out/repaint the front bumper was 4 working days. The work took 7 working days. The explanation given was there was an issue with reassembly of the bumper. I would think that a certified Mercedes repair shop would not have issues with a bumper reinstall. Upon pickup, the car did not start as the battery was dead. I surmise a technician completed the bumper install with a door open for the entire maintenance repair draining the battery. Upon pickup the center console screen that indicates time, radio function and navigation would not power up. Work is being done to see what was not reconnected. I would like Great Plains to have the Mercedes Benz dealership on 144th run a complete systems check as I am apprehensive about my wife driving this car. There could be other issues - ie airbags that now do not deploy, especially since 2 two other issues (drained battery/inop instruments) went unnoticed through a Great Plains quality check. Missing a piece on my front tire. Also, body pieces aren’t aligned precisely. I pointed this out and was told that was the best they could do. I didn’t not realize the piece was missing until this weekend so I will come in to get that fixed.

Everyone was so kind and treated me with respect kept me informed and the car looks wonderful and drives wonderful I couldn’t be more happy also the fact that you intervene on my behalf against the harassment I was given by enterprise Rent-A-Car made all the difference in the world in such a stressful time of my life I couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness to everyone I talk to everyone who helped me and a great job that was done

My car looks awesome. I am very happy with your service. They even buffed out something in the front of my car when they washed it that had nothing to do with the accident. Wish I felt the same about the insurace company and car rental place. I paid a week and a half of additional insurance I was talked into taking all because Safeco insurance wouldn't get back with Great Plains about additional costs. Thank you Great Plains. Happy to have my car back.
