Everyone at the collision center was very nice and helpful. The price they quoted was very reasonable and they were able to complete the work well within the time frame quoted. I went to a couple other body shops and one quote was 60% more than the estimate at the collision center. When I picked up my car it was nice and clean inside and out! Great experience!

I kept waiting for someone to pop out and say “surprise, you are on candid camera”. CSCC got the estimate on Jan. 11 so they could order parts before i brought it in on Jan. 23. Several times it was promised to be ready in a few days but then when no one called me, I’d call and they’d say “still waiting on parts” or we dropped it at “auto pro to fix something and we don’t knkw when it will be back.”
Often the receptionist would say she’d have my account advisor call back and rarely did that happen so I’d call back a few days later. I finally started calling auto pro only to discover they could not do their part because CSCC had done sloppy work with hot glue and leaving painters tape on too long. I finally had to call my insurance agent after calling three times and getting no return call for a few days when I was leaving town on March 15 for 11 days. I got calls from both auto pro and the manager at CSCC apologizing and saying my car would be ready early the following week. I was forgiving. Miscommunications happen. I arranged for my assistant to pick it up the next week. She called and they kept saying it was not ready. I came back in town and they tell me the same thing, it’s gone back to auto pro and the CSCC advisor doesn’t return my call again until 2 days later. Deja vu. All these promises by the manager and nothing changes! Finally when I did get the call it was ready on March 29 I arrived and paid only to find it blocked in by four cars whose keys seemed to be difficult to find. It truly seemed like someone was pranking me. The irony is that I lobbied my insurance agent to let me bring it here because I had had good experience in the past and have referred countless others. Never again. I am 53 years old and this is the first bad review I have ever given any business.
