I am very grateful to the Cool Springs staff in the Collision department for their friendliness and how concerned they are with their customers and how polite they are to their customers. We all know that it's hard when a person's vehicle is to a you already kind of shook up and depressed cuz you don't have a car but the staff make you feel so warm and welcome when you come in that you are glad that you're in their hands for them to take care of your vehicle and they do a wonderful job the car looks better than it did the day I bought it I appreciate you all.

When I brought my SUV in for repair I had a small nick in the paint on the hood. The nick was so small it could not be seen in pictures. When I came to pick up my SUV the nick had grown approximately 5 - 6 inches in width and length. They said it’s a defect in the paint from the manufacturer which may be true but what was done to my vehicle to cause the damage? Now I am driving around with what appears to be a hole in the hood of my SUV!

I paid $200 to have my car detailed and it was taken to the dealership. When I was getting my car it was obvious that whomever detailed it did not care. The fact that I paid so much and I know they did not have to clean the carpet I want to know why I paid so much for just a car wash that left bugs al over the front grill and the fronts of my side mirrors. I have weather tech mats and even they had not been wiped down. There is absolutely no reason for this type is shoddy work. I live in Chapel Hill and now have to spend another day driving to Cool Springs and either waiting there or having to return to get my car due to someone’s lack of pride in their work.
This is wrong on so many levels!!! My time is valuable to me and it will take me an entire day to accomplish what should have been done properly to begin with.

The Jeep, picked up yesterday, is not completely fixed. There is a rubbing/ grinding noise on the right front side.
In addition, we never received one update in the vehicle status the entire month+ you had the vehicle.
