It was good, but the communication was lacking. The part took longer than expected, and I figured they would do the window tint at that time. They didn't do it because the doors were off, so they had to do it at the end. That is fine, but no one told me!

The service and communication was excellent. However, I would like for someone to contact me first thing next business day @ ****-****-xxxx. When putting on my new replacement front bumper on my Silverado, the fog lights were not fully installed/connected. which come through the bumper. I'd like to get a time on the books to remedy the issue. -Mike

Trunk lid lined up poorly. Gap big enough to see in the dark. Rear bumper hanging loose on one end. And tail light not fixed. 2 hr. Round trip for me to make just to leave car to be finished and will have to make that trip again. Car should have been inspected before I was told it was done. Should never have been allowed to leave shop like it was.

My vehicle had water damage upon picking up, missing Z emblem on the drivers side, exhausts was still not repaired, and there was a blimish in the paint that was missed. Overall not happy for spending nearly 7,000 to have my vehicle repaired.

Well, I tried the get a service done while the car was there. But I was told that Toyota could not get to the service. I think there should be a better way of getting the service done at the same time
