The repairs look great. As of now, i see no problems. The only problem i had was that my key fob was lost. They replaced it and reprogrammed it, but today i had to go to the dealership to get my spare key and fob reprogrammed. It took about three hours out of my day which could have been avoided if they would have just given me two new keys and fobs. Also, i noticed that the plastic casing around my antenna was all tore up. Not sure how that happened, but i replaced it today for $65.00. Ouch.

I discovered this evening on my way home from work that they did not complete the job. Parts of my car are still not attached. This is after I caught one item not attached when I went to pick up the car.

This is my second time here. And while no likes getting their car repaired, you've always made it painless...almost pleasant, if that's possible. Your organized and competent way of communicating with customers is unparalleled. Coming from east Nashville, I passed by dozens of other "authorized" places to get to you. And for the second time, I'm glad I did.

Back seat was left dirty_as if something dirty was put on it and scooted. My fabric is light and this hasn't cleaned completely. Also, back seats were down and left loose. Not sure why anyone was in my trunk at all much less from the back seat. Contacted the center the day I picked up (Tuesday) and asked for a call back. No response and I'm left with a stained seat! Always something here. Last experience was not great either.
