I wanted get my car fixed. I think you fixed it pretty well. But I got another scratch or small dents from your repair shop. You painted the scratch well again after my comment. But I'm still waiting for your answer about small dents.
If my car is old used car, I could say it's OK. But this is new one. I'm so disappointed that this happened in professional repair shop.

The left headlight is not aligned and points too far down. The mudguard is much darker than the fender (it matched before). The pillar between the windshield and the driver's door doesn't match the fender by about 2 or three shades, similar to the mud guard. There was glue or adhesive on the right front fender, which was cleaned off after I said something. And there was something (GoJo?)left on the rear left passenger window gasket. Also, the "fit" of the left fender is not very good. The gap between the pillar mentioned above and the left fender is smaller than on the ride side, as is the gap between the fender and the hood.

I was not and am not happy with my experience this time with KOONS!! The conversation and dialogue in which I had after I picked up my vehicle was most definitely disappointing, discouraging and undesirable. I purchased the Avalanche from that location and have since ALWAYS brought my vehicle there for any issues that needed to be addressed. The commute one way sometimes can be up to or more than an hour, yet. passing various other Chevy dealerships while in route. I would have with no hesitation stated in the past that I would emphatically recommend others to KOONS, Tysons. However, after this last encounter with KOONS...the body shop, my rental experience...etc. I undoubtedly can say for certain that I do NOT feel the same way. In conclusion, I feel as though I am just one customer of thousands. Therefore, what I say/feel in my opinion doesn't really make any difference one way or another. Are these surveys taken seriously? Are they even read? Is there ever anything done in attempts to make certain that the customer is pleased, issues resolved, addressed and/or compensated for such said matters?

Everything was good except the delivery time. Initially, it was scheduled for my car to be ready on June 23rd by 4pm. However, my car was delivered almost a week later. I understand that more work needed to be done on my vehicle to complete the repair. But at least, I could be updated on the progress. Last update I received through your system was June 21st and no one called me to tell me the status. So, I had to call everyday to follow up on the repair progress. Hope this improves in the future.
