Communication was above and beyond what i expexcted but the car was not cleaned before it was handed back. Im not saying it needed to be detailed but it chould have been vacuumed and the back seats should have been whipes clead at the very least. It also smelled heavily of paint/glue and i had to drive with the windows down most of the day im not sure thwres anything that could have been done about that though. The job itself looks good thought i am dissapointed you were not able to replace the spare tire cover so there is still a part of my car that reminds me of the accident. The bodywork looks ???? ???? great

My car was promised in 6 days, but on due date it suddenly slipped by 4 days. After a couple of days I was told it was "68%" done, told it was nearing completion on the morning of the due date and then at 4:40 told it had slipped another 4 days! This slip-sliding away continued for 6 more days and when I finally got it, why it had taken so long was never explained. I found this treatment abominable, with no explanations, no apologies and no warnings.

I am completely happy with the repair itself. I don't know whether this comes under Koons or GEICO, but I am less happy that the initial estimate of 2-3 days dragged on to a week in that had I know ahead of time, I would not have taken out the daily insurance on the Enterprise rental car, which ended up costing about $140. Also, I know you have no liability, but I thought it was pretty low class that someone at Koons took all the quarters I keep in the ashtray for parking meters. It does not reflect well.

When I received my truck and drove it home, there were two things that I noticed. Most importantly, the alignment of the steering wheel was awful. 2nd, the squeaking in my suspension that began after the accident continues and is very annoying. 3rd, something smells very hot after the truck is driven.

The completion of the repairs was delayed because the car had to be sent to Volvo for electronic work after the car was finished. I didn't get frequent updates after that and it took a week longer than originally estimated. However, the car is now in excellent condition.

Friendly, efficient, and helpful - no wait. Might be helpful to have an email go out explaining the estimated time it would be done that day - but otherwise very good service.
