I was and I'm still very happy with the repairs to my G8. From the time I arrived to the time I picked my car up. Very professional to say the least. They Painted the whole piece on the back of my car not just the damaged area. I feel like the tech(s) went the extra mile. It made me feel good that pride was taken in the work that was done. Job well done and Thank you very much to everybody that was involved.

My service was through an insurance claim (Geico). I had a fog light replaced. When I arrived at Koons, there was no appraiser. He was MIA. Come to find out that he supposedly called his supervisor at 5:30 am to let him know that he wouldn't be in. What happened after that, I am not sure, but there was no replacement. The Koons representative jumped right it and was trying to make things right. He got me a rental car pronto. I needed the rental car because they ordered the wrong part and my car had to stay overnight. Circumstances not ideal, but customer service good.

The work was scheduled to be completed by 3/23. Then was pushed to 3/26, 3/28, 3/30....the shop doesn't know how to meet the customer expectation at all. When I asked the receptionist to transfer my call to her supervisor, that guy even told me to call Acura in Japan to find out the timeline since they ordered the part overseas....that is kind of ridiculous. When I picked up my vehicle today, I was told by Geico the shop ordered a belt with wrong color. However, that supervisor was trying hard to deny that they did something wrong....this definitely is not a good way of doing business.

Repair was not completed to my satisfaction. I was promised a replacement part when it arrives they will call me to install. I will then be happy to comment on my repair experience.

The girl who serviced us was excellent. I felt the body shop could have called us after looking through. There were patches where the paint went off, that could have been taken care of perhaps for a small fee! thank you, VJ

I picked up my jeep with a dent in the driver window frame. I noticed blue factory plastic where thy tried to fix/replace something. I also have a scratch in the door. My accident had no door damage so I am confused as to why they messed with it. Also in my jeep was a broken “Cherokee” plate from my driver door?? I was never given a walkthrough either. I need my jeep to be fix and hopefully not add anymore scratches.
