When I went to go pick up my car after 9 days, an obvious part if my bumper was missing and there was still a ding in my paint that should have been caught by quality control.

Repair was not done properly. Quarter panel was not fixed as it should be. I see scratches on the paint work done. No buffing was done, I can see swirl or straight marks

I will need to bring my car back for adjustments. My new bumper is not flush with the body and there are sharp points extending at the grill. I also had difficulty getting to the Metro station next door. The steps closest to the shop were inaccessible because of the ice between the vehicles. I requested a shuttle and after waiting almost 30 minutes for the shuttle, check in and 3 other passengers, I was driven to the other side of your dealership and was told to just walk because the Metro would be hard to drive to. There was still enough icing on the sidewalk that I had to be careful walking. The main reason I chose your dealership was convenience to the Metro and it could be a great marketing tool, especially if your staff knew about it and made the process navigable and easy to find access. The positives of my experience were my service consultant, Justin, who was both professional and friendly. I was very pleased with the complimentary car wash and interior cleaning.

My Geico Auto Repair Xpress experience was completely stress free. I came in for a back bumper repair, and two days later I had a new back and front bumper. (Someone backed into my car the night before I picked it up) but Justin was great, and kept me updated through the entire process. The Koons body shop did an awesome job. Thanks guys!
