I was told on 5 different occasions my car would be ready with only 2 follow up phone calls. The people are rude and take no accountability for their lack of customer service. I felt like I had to chase my car around just to find out where it was and when it would be completed. At one point Jackie in auto body told me she didn't know where my car was. I spoke with Phil the manager and he slandered me by calling me a liar and a bribe and never once took accountability. I finally got my car and the repairs are not talk care of. They missed paint and the front of my brand new car is not attached properly. I was never given an apology or even a guarantee they would take care of me with sufficient contact about my car. The only nice person is Karen. Unfortunately she is the receptionist and really should be in charge. I will never do business here again and will be going to consumer protection and th better business bureau and insurance company to make sure they don't do this to others.

Poor quality of the repairs. No one walked around the car with me when I picked it up to explain what had been done/explain the repairs,. It was as if there is no quality control. The buffing job was horrible. There were scratches where they had done repair work, and elsewhere. The car smelled awful inside. The trunk was misaligned. The attitude of the staff was flippant and uncaring.
