I'd give 4, 4.5 out of 5 stars. you guys did a great job with my repair. friendly, professional, etc. the only slight issue was the timing. You sent 3 or 4 updates giving me an estimated finish date of Friday and then called on Thursday with "good news! your car is ready!). so i had to reschedule my afternoon meetings to pick up my car in order to avoid an extra day charge for the rental.

Excellent work. More than satisfied with what they have done. Frank with whom I spoke to, does his job very well and makes sure everything is done properly and right on time. Good job.

Paint work was not up to the mark.

I loved this place. Tammy was extremely nice & friendly while being professional at the same time. The time it took to fix my car was way beyond my expectations. They did an amazing job fixing my car & even cleaned & polished my hubcaps when I picked it up. Excellennt experience & would definitely recommend.

I don't appreciate being taken advantage of and charged for things that weren't even done on my car. There's still scuffs on my bumper that shouldn't be there after paying 2,000. Specially when on the paperwork I received back from a n j stating the full bumper was done and was charged for it. I went to 2 other body shops and both both said it's insurance fraud. They didn't do my side mirror that was on the estimate. I noticed it so they just buffed it out real quick and gave me back 25. Not sure what the price is for that but the point is that's how little care they had for my car. I also had to ask them to line up the bumper to the corner panel because it was way off. So they did that real quick also. This was just a horrible experience and will let everyone I know to never go there. I also called my insurance company and let them know what happened. I'm currently waiting on a response to what's my next step because I want this done correctly but don't trust a n j to do it again a second time specially after how the owner spoke to a guy I had call them who does auto body for a living when he questioned him.
