Right down to handling the rental car portion of the situation. Also liked reflective talk at pick-up regarding new car related recommendations for me in looking for a new vehicle. Andrew and receptionist were top notch. The people who did the actual work did a better than anticipated repair by far...(I crawled under the vehicle to see the workmanship)! The detailing / cleaning was an unexpected and very much appreciated treat for me as well. No whining, stories, yes buts, or other BS too.....I've been around...so I know how great your performance was vs. what it could be! I even smiled at the little happy face on my bill envelope! :). My bumper looks awesome! Couldn't of asked for anything more! And seeing my car clean And vacuumed was very much appreciated. And Oscar was very nice and made me feel at home.
